Waiver

As part of registration, all paddlers attending Paddlefest are required to fill out and sign a waiver (for those aged 18 and above) or an acknowledgement of risk (for those under 18) when they check in and before participating in any activities.  A parent or legal guardian must sign for a minor.

This legal document is important for you to review before you register online as you cannot participate in water-based events without signing a waiver. We will not reimburse registration fees if you refuse to sign one once Paddlefest has started.

We provide waivers on-site during check in. However, if you prefer, you can print out your waiver at home to fill out and bring with you to check in.
