Overview

People wanting to take part in Slave River Paddlefest must register to participate in the activities. Registration is required for participants ages 13+ and optional for kids ages 12 and under. We offer discounted pricing for youth (ages 13-17).

We allow non-registered individuals to participate in certain activities during the Paddlefest weekend such as our dinners, beach party, etc. However, each of these events require a separate admission fee payable on-site.

Registration isn’t necessary to spectate during the event, however we ask that everyone at festival sites follow our rules and be respectful of everyone who is there for Paddlefest.

Terms and Conditions

Non-Transferable

Registration is non-transferable. The person whose name is on the registration is the person who can attend Paddlefest.

If you would like to cancel your registration, please contact us. Refunds will be issued according to our refund policy.

Waiver

All participants are required to sign a waiver on-site before they can be checked in. If you don’t sign the waiver, you will not be permitted to take part in any water-based activities. Please read the waiver before purchasing your registration as we won’t issue refunds on-site if you refuse to sign the waiver.

Participants under the age of 18 will need to sign an Acknowledgement of Risk with their legal guardian instead of the waiver.

Youth/Minors

Youth/minors are required to have a legal guardian with them during check-in to sign the Acknowledgement of Risk paperwork. A legal guardian is not required to register with the youth/minor to attend, however the youth/minor needs to be responsible for themselves and not require additional supervision from event staff, volunteers, and other participants. Youth/minors should be accompanied by a registered/paying adult or legal guardian if additional supervision or support for the youth/minor is required.

Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, we will offer a refund if you cancel your registration before the event begins. Processing fees may be applicable to refunds.

If you need to cancel your registration for COVID-19 related reasons, please contact us.

Policy Changes
